Because titanium has good corrosion resistance in seawater, especially in polluted seawater, it is particularly resistant to seawater high-speed erosion and corrosion. It is an ideal material for manufacturing power plant condensers.
The advantages of using titanium condensers in coastal power plants below: 1 )can use sea water resources on site, do not need fresh water as cooling medium;
2) remove salt and catholic protection devices;
3 )extend the life of condensers. The life of titanium condenser is 4-6 times higher than that of copper alloy condenser, and the economic benefit is very good.
4 )Increase the safe working coefficient of power station and reduce the time for power failure maintenance;
5) Reduce the wall thickness of the condenser and strengthen the process parameters. Improve the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser.
